I'm pretty sure it would work just fine, but I would advise against mixing RGB stuff because every manufacturer wants to have their own software to run stuff.

Consider changing to a Corsair All-in-one or get [Aorus RGB ram sticks] (https://www.amazon.com/GIGABYTE-3200MHz-Exclusive-Modules-GP-AR32C16S8K2SU416R/dp/B07FFBWPWT) to keep your rgb software at a minimum.

The enermax liqfusion claims to be compatible with gigabyte software too if you want to go all gigabyte on your components.

Unless you are baller, you could go with a cheaper placeholder processor. Perhaps a 2200G that would bring integrated graphics to a future budget/HTPC.

I would get the Corsair RMX White in 850 Watts. It has white cables, while most white power supplies have black cables. That way you do not need aftermarket white extensions.

Not if these are DRAM-less A400 drives. They will be slow, particularly as they get close to full. Better to buy a Gigabyte UD Pro or the Crucial MX500.

I recently got a new PC, bought it off a kid on FB marketplace and I want RGB RAM, can't afford 4 RGB RAM sticks however, so this kit comes with 2 real 8GB each sticks and 2 DEMO sticks that are just there to fill the empty RAM slots. More details:
