Yes definitely , also to give you a heads up you will probably need a new motherboard as well. When you decide to purchase the CPU, as your CPU is a LGA 1150 socket while you're looking to upgrade to a 1151 socket which requires a new motherboard, as well as DDR4 ram instead of DDR3.

For the graphics card i recommend this as the temp's will be rather low with this card compared to other similar models , this also isn't colossus sized compared to other GPU's.

I was looking at the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060 Xtreme Gaming 6GB and noticed your post. It appears the overclock on the Geforce can be a bit higher.

However I noticed the Asus had 2 hdmi ports, and it says it is a dual card 1060.

Not sure if that effects performance or not, or which one to go with.
