I bought the 750ti back in October 2015 on amazon, link below, and it worked well in my HP 8200 small form factor PC until I upgraded the full system and bought an R9 390. The PC had a 300w PSU and this was never a problem, despite the card saying it needs 400w.
There are no additional power leads required, all power comes through the PCI-E socket and it worked well at 1080p for most games on medium settings at 60fps.
You can probably get better value for money on a GTX 950 if you have a full size case, but for small form factor I don't think much else beats this card at the moment. These are currently going for £85 on eBay minus fees.
Looking for £70 or best offer.

I've just sold mine, but I had the 8200 with an i5 and I found the best card to fit was the Gigabyte GTX 750ti sff. It said it needed a 400w psu, but the 300w in my system ran just fine with the card in.
