Plus on Amazon, a lot of these CDs include a free MP3 version of the album anyway, so you don't even have to transfer it to your computer when you get the CD.
I also don't know if thrift shops count, but they can be a great source for punk music. I used to go to shows at a punk venue that was two doors down from a thrift shop. There was usually an awesome selection of punk CDs there.
