I know we are only supposed to use QASA approved lotions 🙄 but like, I’m not touching food with my bare hands so I’ll use whatever I need to keep them from being cracked and broken. My mom gardens a lot and washing all the dirt off every day was hard on her hands and she uses Gloves in a Bottle. It’s basically a lotion that creates a barrier between your skin and whatever chemical/dirt you’re working with and prevents them from being completely absorbed into your skin. It’s amazing. Whenever my hands start getting bad at work I just slather this stuff on and reapply as needed. Use a heavy duty hand cream like Working Hands when you’re at home :)

This is what I use when my hands get really bad. Gotta just keep slathering regularly until they are repaired. After that use something milder regularly on a preventative basis.

Aquaphor works well for cuticles, and also washes off well. I haven't tried OPI Nail Envy but you could try that also. Is there any way you could wear gloves at work? That would help a lot.

I've also heard of glove like lotion like this one, might be worth looking into

I haven't seen Gloves in a Bottle in a store near me in a long time but it's a neat lotion. Puts thin protective barrier on your hands. You can barely feel it (sort of like sunscreen but not greasy and very lightweight)

Amazon sells it. Check it out
