Thanks :) Well the thing with wrists is that they aren't supposed to be really weight baring...but with conditioning you will do fine. I do have a video on wrist preparation for handstands/planche etc here :)

Out of the ones listed I would say yes, especially in the form of a raw, fermented cod liver oil, such as I linked above. Mainly because it includes all those great fat soluble vitamins that are pretty hard to get in your diet (vitamin A, D, E, K2 + more).

I personally take the cod liver oil and butter oil gel blend and I see it as an omega 3 supplement (about 1000mg EPA/DHA per tsp) and a multivitamin (about 700-1000IUs vit D, 7000-10000IUs vit A + vit E, K2, CoQ10 etc). You can grab that here. I take 5-6g a day, so about a tsp.
