Oh yes, chamomile tea is great. It's actually a popular sleep aid and is non-caffeinated as well, so no surprise that it makes you sleepy!

Is it possible you can try iced coffee or drink cold brew coffee? The cold brew is less acidic and more tolerable to drink black, its actually a bit sweeter and still zero calories if you drink it black.
Green tea has less than 200mg caffeine and youll end up drinking more than a cup to get the same affect as 1 cup of coffee.
I personally dont like red bull either i hate the taste.
