Happy Easter!

It's cleaning day. Hubby had to work at a strip club for 8 hours yesterday (he's a locksmith, they had a break in).

Let me just say that my decision to switch to bamboo night clothes and a robe and sheets is a happy one. So comfy! So light. Smooth on my skin. โ™ฅ I bought this one in gray.

Yesterday, not much cooking, just made eggs and sausage, cheesy taco shell with roast beef, and dinner was deli ham and turkey with Cotswald cheese.

Today, we are going to grill boneless skinless chicken thighs with Garlic Pepper rub, smoke a corned beef eye of round, make an Italian lemon sponge cake, and have roasted cauliflower and shiitake mushrooms.
