I use a Spectra and I have this pumping bra. It’s the only one I could find that allows you to slide the flanges in, since they’re all one piece on the Spectra. It also has clips so you can pull it down for nursing. It kind of gives me a uni-boob but whatever.

Hands-on pumping can be a game changer for a lot of people. Look up videos on YouTube of people doing it. It’s essentially massaging the breast while pumping.

Do you bring everything all set up to work with you? Like the bottles assembled and all that? What’s making it take so long to get going?
