Yeah brother! I love how much I can restyle it as well.
First of all, it's really great that you use conditioner. In my personal experience it does wonders in helping out damaged hair.
What I'll use to wash my hair depends on what I'm going for. I usually use dove shampoo to wash my hair out, and it's mild enough that I'll have some residual buildup of clean wax from O'douds, which means I can use less O'douds when I style again afterwards. However, I understand that some people might not want the clean waxy feeling in their hair after they shower, so in those instances, I use Head and Shoulders. I don't use it often because it tends to strip away a lot of the oils from my scalp, and dry it up.

Sometimes, people don't have the time to hop in the shower when they want to degrease their hair, so in those cases... I saw a video of CameronA on YouTube that is in my eyes... a cheat code for the pomade users! It removes even the oiliest of pomades.
