This is a great piece called "The High Moon" or "Moon Shining Above." It was originally an engaging chamber piece but here it is transcribed for a full orchestra of traditional Chinese instruments. This is a great recording and I highly recommend it. It is long a long piece but definitely worth the listen. Notice how the underlying harmonic structure moves, and the great dynamic contrasts between the piece's high and low points. Very dramatic and colorful orchestration.
