No idea, but I am a fan of optimisation and I think you are on the right track. I would recommend you look towards gaining leverage on your habits, e.g.

If you have a morning coffee routine (and take sugar) then you could mix Vitamin B12 powder with your sugar so you are always getting the requisite dose.

The routine would thus only need to be run when you replenish your sugar:

  • Buy sugar shaker/container (one off)
  • Guesstimate how many servings of sugar (think along the scale of days) you have?
  • Add in appropriate amount of Vit B12 powder to meet your daily allowance
  • Enjoy

    Alternatively, keep a Vitamin B12 spray by your toothpaste on the bathroom shelf, if need be cellotape them together, this way the physical proximity will be a cue to ingrain the habit of morning/night supplementation. I imagine the habit will be ingrained after you finish your toothpaste ๐Ÿ˜œ
