The worlds foremost expert in being the World Champion wrote a book, including chapters specially written for women to help beat off attackers and a step by step guide on how to beat up men with with not normal amounts of arms.
I am going to link the book because I can understand why he would want to take it to school but we have told him no on multiple occasions.
