Thanks for the reply! Yeah I was planing on using 1440p because I have a 27', 60Hz, 1440p monitor. I might get a 144Hz monitor in the future. But right now I want to be able to run 1440p in around 60 FPS. And currently I can't do that because I got a fake gtx 960 from someone...

If they are on a budget, the HP EliteDisplay E273q @ $490, if they are not, the HP DreamColor Z27x Studio @ $1795. The Dell UP2516D @ $695 and Dell UP2716D @ $960 are also good choices.
For a wireless mouse, any of the Logitech MX series are great, most people like the Performance Mouse MX @ $75.
