If you want a silicone cover I recommend the ones made by Orzly. They have a big ergonomic bump on the back that makes holding the Switch feel better in your hands. They're a bit of a loose fit though (as are all silicone covers I've tried). What I'm currently using right now are hard plastic covers like this one. The hard plastic is grippier than the material of the joycon shell, and the slight thickness added by the cover makes holding the Switch more comfortable.
