I feel like the price is a little high for those specs. For reference, I took 2 seconds to look and I found this on Amazon. Obviously take this with a grain of salt bc I'm way too tired to be giving sound advice but I feel like you can get more for 1000 euros (~$1104 in freedom units).
Ninja edit: Just found this too, and I haven't even gone to any of the sites I'd recommend to look for PC's. I'm sure the machine you saw is great and it def will work for what you need it to, but I think you may be able to do better elsewhere.
Wow, I may return this one I just bought from Amazon (unopened as it will be delivered Saturday) and buy this one instead

You get lesser parts and usually (unless there's a good sale) they're overpriced.
Also, if you want better parts, this iBuyPower pre-built on Amazon is better than the NZXT Starter PC Plus build for the same price.
If $1000 budget is after tax, then this CyberpowerPC pre-built is probably what you want
While I agree with everyone you should build your own PC. If you definitely want to go prebuilt this isn’t a terrible option.
