What did you think of the 5.25" Disk Caddies? What did you dislike about them?
I am probably going to buy something like this for my SSDs as it has a larger fan that I can replace with a quiet Noctua and it has MiniSAS HD connectors for a more tidier look.
You'll like a r720XD LFF and parts are EASY to get if things break and the NSFW Anniversary Build is pretty amazing if you go with an external disk shelf. Good luck with the upgrade whatever you choose.
