If you're going for a 24 inch monitor the Acer Nitro is a pretty good one at a reasonable price. As you're looking for a gaming monitor it's probably best to go for one that has a 75mhz refresh rate, but that's up to you. If you wanna go a bit cheaper the Iiyama G-master is up there as well, but I'm not really familiar with that one. If you're looking to get a curved monitor, the Samsung C24F390FHU could be the one for you. Not the most expensive out there but also not quite hitting that 75mhz which is great for gaming. I wish you good luck! It took me a while to find my perfect monitor but at last I found this one at a very low price so I decided to go with it and haven't regretted it since.
thanks, because i can get a 75hz freesyc monitor for 139 euros and a rx580 for some low prices just above 200 euros. just for precautions will gaming at high settings eat more wattage for a 450w psu
