Based on a post that I saw on XDA, I ended up ordering the Illumi Aquashield. Cheap, and there's two in the box:

It's a near perfect fit for the screen, and seems to be doing well with my Spigen case. When I applied it, I did so while the Spigen case was on the phone (to help with the alignment). This ensured that the protector wouldn't inadvertently snag under any part of the case. Mine looks as good as it did when installed in December.
