Do you have your phone in your pocket often? If yes, it could be that there is dust or fluff in there. Try to blow it out, if possible with an air spray(Something like this).

Had this problem once too and this solved it.

compressed air duster for cleaning it out. Take off the side of the case, blow the compressed air in in short spurts until the dust comes out. There are also electronic vacuums you can buy but these are cheap and effective. You can also buy these at any store like walmart/target/best buy/etc.

For monitor, it has a DVI, VGA, and the third connector looks like HDMI, so just get a monitor with HDMI or DVI and you'll be good.

get a typical usb keyboard and mouse

Any speakers will work, most of them come with 3.5mm connectors (same as typical headphones)

Yep, your computer is overheating. Get some compressed air in a can and clean the insides. Specially your CPU cooler and your graphics card. But be careful, the air is really cold and can damage parts of your computer.

You should use a compressed gas duster similar to one of these or an air compressor (and take the PC outside to blow it out; don't do it inside unless you like to be 'that guy').

People will say that you should only use an air compressor if it has a moisture trap/filter, but I like to live dangerously and go straight from the tank to the hose ;)
