I was given a bunch of free liners from the Jesse's Girl line. While I found the bold colors pretty nice, I was pretty blown away by their black waterproof liner. I was ALL ABOUT the KvD tattoo liner (and honestly still am) but the Jesse'S Girl liner is now the one that lives in my purse that I rely upon for everyday use.
