Maybe look into other fillers for coffee. I can’t do black coffee either, I hate it. The creaminess helps me feel satisfied so I skip breakfast bc of it which lets me save my calories for later

Some things you could try:
Sugar free creamer (usually 20 cals for 2 tablespoons)
Half and half (40 cals for 2 tablespoons)
Non dairy half n half (I use Califia’s Better Half which is 15 cals for 2 tablespoons. It’s made with almond milk and coconut cream)
2 tablespoons of milk (2%, according to google, has 16 calories in 2 tablespoons)
Sugar free coffee syrup. 0 calories and I find half a tablespoon to be the perfect amount. I’ve used this one before and I like it. It’s currently unavailable on Amazon I guess but Torani is another popular brand

I also sweeten my coffee with a packet of Splenda. It says 0 calories on the packaging but I log it as 4 calories.
