Try Walmart! My Walmart had a bunch of tiny terracotta pots last time I went. If not, you can get 10 for $10 on Amazon

On Amazon they're marked as 1.1 x 1.5in. the 1.1in is across the bottom, though. I measured across the top and they're just under 2in in diameter.
