3m Double Sided Tape. Found at most auto parts stores.

Use a nice strong set of wire cutters to nip off a gap in the tray, I used a dermel tool to grind down the rough edges. Use the wire cutters to trim out the plastic spot. Leave lots of extra tabs to grind clean with the dermal. Use a xacto knife to trim the cloth mesh. I use 3m Automotive double sided tape to hold down the Extension Slot. Layer it up 4 layers. Note in my pic I have the cable nice and tidy with a paper clip. I tried taping the loop with electrical tape. Those cables have no shielding and it caused lots of issues. Just slowly wad up the cable in the tray the looser it is the better.
