You could buy some thermal paste, take your laptop apart, spray out all of the dust, and then reapply the aftermarket thermal paste to your cpu just in case to help it stay cool. I saw a video of it on youtube. Maybe thermal paste could be applied to the GPU as well?

I just used amazon spain to find the parts since pcpartpicker doesn't support spain. It's a similar build to one I posted earlier; maybe it will give you an idea of the build you are looking for.

Build:

MoBo: Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P

CPU: AMD Sempron 145

RAM: Kingston Hyper X Blu 4 GB

HD: Kingston Digital 60GB

GPU: 5x 750ti FTW edition

PSU: KingWin 850 Watts ATX 850

I have a feeling its the combination of a crappy PSU choice (I was aiming for different GPU's originally) and the FTW edition GPU's.

Yeah I've looked into the RAM I'm not sure if this applies to this one. If you take a look at this link http://www.amazon.com/Kingston-1600MHz-Non-ECC-KHX1600C9D3B1-4G/dp/B0057Q4AGW you can see that there's a newer model which is the one I'm buying. As for the PSU yeah I know 430 isn't insane but I feel like its not a must, do you feel its absolutely required? I would really like to stay away from the psu at this point. Thanks!

The timings. For instance, this one has CL (another way of saying it) 9.
