So, this has really come in handie. I got this on amazon so I can set up a locked and loaded teaspoon for when I might not have time to set one up. You can stash it in the bathroom or wherever, so you can handle your business without all the attention the process may bring. Just around $7.00 on Amazon. I just ordered a second one. The thumb part that is designed for measuring works as a cap so you don't have to worry about spillage. Just thought I'd share this with you guys.

Scooping is not very reliable on its own, see the comment of bbbblz.
But you can get around the inaccuracies. Use an adjustable measuring spoon like this one from Amazon and get a supply of relatively flat, tightly sealable plastic containers that can easily keep the volume of one dose of your blend.
Adjust the measuring scoop to the volume giving you the desired weight of each component of your blend and fill it into the containers. For quality control you can weigh how much gets into each container while doing so. Repeat this for all components and you have a well-dosed supply of your personal blend.
