I did some research on this recently and found Klipsch to be one of the more recommended for outdoor.

Polk and Yamaha had decent reviews also for cheaper.

You can usually find some nice Klipsch outdoors in that price range. I have some compact outdoor ones CP-4s or 5s. Here's a few examples:
