I got a set a couple of weeks ago and love them. They're not the best in the world, but they're pretty darn fantastic for $18.99. Highly recommend.
If you decide you want to go bluetooth, KZ also makes several other models like the ZS3 ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N809M8Z/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_8EdRCbN2GA4C2 ) and sell a cable to swap with the stock cable which makes them bluetooth wireless. Cable is like $12 extra.

Just a heads up: I don't wanna spoil the fun, but be aware that these look exactly like a pair of dollar store earbuds I was given a while back. The sound quality was a lot like listening to dubstep from a phone speaker in a tunnel.
Unfortunately, I think this is probably the reason they're free... I hope not, but it seems likely.
If you do wanna pick up good earbuds, though, you can actually do it nowadays without spending a whole bunch. I recommend checking out r/headphones for more info, but I picked these up for $12 a year ago and haven't been disappointed.
