My favorite B&M ever uses these. They're excellent and if I ever buy a place where I can build an indoor smoking room I'll buy one immediately.

I'm fairly certain these are what a lot of B&M's have or something very similar.
Not quite what you are looking for, but this looks pretty cool.
Mine was an ebay find. Here's one but I'm sure you can find one cheaper.
