was the car safetied? there are laws on that...even if it was you still have a case seeing as it wasn't safetied properly.
did you not turn on the car/test drive/have a mechanic look at it?
this is a GREAT book when it comes to buying used vehicles.

what a shitty manager. just shows that the morals of car salesmen ain't a whole lot different than drug dealers.
