If you use a Chromebook and need more than 64GB of storage I would suggest upgrading the SSD, $34 for a 128GB, $48 for 256GB, and $81 for 512GB (Transcend 430S). It's also a standard SSD so it'll be faster than most of the ones that come with Chromebooks. I had to switch the one on my Mom's Acer when the one that was included failed, just make sure to create a USB recovery drive (and backup any data you want) before upgrading if this is your only device.

You can also say the same thing with Windows laptops in terms of value. Both of these are $430, have 4GB of RAM, 128 GB SSD (although the Lenovo is a faster NVMe SSD), they are both convertibles, touch-capable. Only this time the Chromebook has an i3 and the Windows laptop has a Celeron. The Chromebook has a 1080p IPS display vs 768p, and the Chromebook has USB-C PD.

I just got this Lenovo Flex 14 because I had a friend who recommended it and it fit my requirements. I can’t really personally recommend it yet cause it’s coming in the mail Friday, but my friend really likes it and it has decent specs for the price.

Sadly I think you missed a good one on the flex 14, keep your eye on it, if it doesn't happen again your only option at this price range is this configuration of it which kinda sucks because it comes with half the storage and half the ram, which could be limiting to say the least.
