Amazon actually says 120hz.https://www.amazon.com/Lenovo-Monitor-L24q-23-8-Inch-Resolution/dp/B071SGQP1TEdit: another commenter just said it over clocks to 72hz. Must actually be 60hz.
Also on sale on amazon
This was posted a week ago at $170, now it's $150.
No vesa.
Usually at $200, or discounted to $170.
First off, dang this was a crazy detailed guide. Nice work! I thought I might suggest this monitor for 1440p. On Amazon it isn't readily available, but I picked it up around a month ago at BestBuy for the same price. It has been an excellent upgrade for me since I wanted to step up to 1440p, but was on a tighter budget.
This is the monitor I have, which I bought mainly because of IPS and colors (120$): https://www.amazon.com/Lenovo-Monitor-L24q-23-8-Inch-Resolution/dp/B071SGQP1T/ref=mp_s_a_1_fkmrnull_1?keywords=lenovo+l24q&qid=1551263049&s=gateway&sr=8-1-fkmrnull
This is the newer extrs fancy version (270$) https://www.amazon.com/Lenovo-LED-Lit-Monitor-Near-Edgeless-infinity/dp/B072J8G1B1/ref=mp_s_a_1_fkmrnull_5?keywords=lenovo+l24q&qid=1551262858&s=gateway&sr=8-5-fkmrnull
I have no problems whatsoever with the one I currently have, and it has been perfect for me. I'm 100% sure if it broke or if I went double screen I would buy one of those again
I recommend selling it on Amazon, you can sell stuff for free as an individual as long as you are ok with Amazon taking some fees, won't be too much though.

Here, the cheapest is $139.82 + shipping, so even with the Amazon fees you will probably earn about the same amount selling here or Amazon, but you will sell MUCH quicker there, especially since it seems this monitor is in good demand. And when you ship it, make sure you pack it properly so it doesn't get damaged during its shipment.
What's the difference between this monitor and this one? Same specs, way different price.
Wooff, around 500$ tops
I want good quality but I want to spend the most of my money on the PC itself.
I don't want to go over 3000$ for the whole PC and right now I'm at around 2400-2500$
I was looking at the 27 inch model of this monitor
Lenovo 23.8" Screen LED-Lit Monitor Silver (Lenovo L24q-20 Monitor) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071SGQP1T/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_3YGIzb25J1763
Idk if it's good or not though.
They are usually above $200 but this Lenovo one is on sale now for $159
