Hey, I found another one. If you're willing to drop to an 8" form factor, the Lenovo Tab 4 Plus is exactly in your price range at $199. It's got a Snapdragon 625 @ 2.0 GHz which should do well for most games in PPSSPP. Screen resolution is smaller at 1920x1200, which may or may not impact emulation performance positively (rendering to higher native resolutions is obviously more taxing to the GPU).

Only caveat when compared to the Asus ZenPad 3s I posted before is the smaller screen, and the SD625 is not quite as good as the Mediatek 8176 in the Zenpad. Antutu benchmarks are showing:

  • Mediatek 8176 (Asus Zenpad 3s) - CPU: 27130, overall: 81899
  • Snapdragon 625 (Lenovo Tab 4 Plus) - CPU: 20917, Overall: 63292

And the Lenovo has less storage and RAM and storage (3GB and 16GB, the Asus has 4GB and 64GB). I still say the Asus is the better buy. It's great at that price (~$280-$290) and will have a longer useful lifespan, but if you absolutely gotta keep your budget at $200 or less, the Lenovo Tab 4 Plus would be a good choice.
