Your primary concern regarding Rift S should be IPD, the distance between your eyes. The lenses in Rift S are fixed in place, so you can't adjust them to match your eyes. They have a huge sweet spot though, and so generally work for people in a 60-68mm range. You can easily measure this with a mirror & a ruler.
