yeah, im also on an antifungal which is helping so far.
Diet change was the most drastic first step to feeling better. Cut all sugar including most fruit/commercial dairy/and most carbs. Sounds hard, but considering the alternatives, it is not. I believe a different approach may be needed for women, however, as there are hormonal complications and different diet needs.
Secondly ,get a FIR sauna. I got this one on amazon for $200 and it offers amazing relief to my joint and acute nerve pain. Also helped my wife with her sciatica:
