I can't vouch for that light, but I have had similar and they didn't do very well.

This light however KICKS ASS AND I LOVE IT. it's kind of annoying because you have to hang it rather than setting it on the tank, but it performs amazingly. It's definitely kicking ass hanging over my fluval spec V right now and my corals are very happy. I'm growing primarily zoa's and as far as I can tell they're agreeing with the light.

If you'd like I can post a few pictures as well, I planned on taking a few today anyway to document some growth.
