My trees are currently about 40 F and are doing well with kind of dim indirect light. At 70 F they would need many grow lights (about 12 for 4 trees) plus a sunny window. I've done it both ways and by far the easier winter maintenance is the 40 F room.

At any rate, this is the light I would buy:

Anything equivalent is fine, too. I put them into clamp lights and built a support for the lights from 4' x 8' boards that I would set up around the trees. I put them on a timer so the trees got 12 hours of light per day. Timers are very cheap and convenient. I never found an LED that I liked. Wattage is less important than lumens - go for as high a lumen value as you can find within your price range.
