Personally I use Lost Coast Natural Concentrate. It is pricey at ~$90 for a 32oz bottle. It's safe to use up to day of harvest, although I still recommend stopping at the same time you start your final flush. This is also for a grow that will be sold in stores, so there are greater restrictions than if you were to grow it for yourself or black market.
Personally, I've used the same grow store for around a decade. They have far more expertise than what I have, so I go with their recommendations. I find being specific really helps. For example: I need a sugar supply for 120 gallons(40 gallons of nutrient water a week x 3 weeks) for around $70. My guys have saved me money in some places, but recommended money in others. When $1,000's of dollars of product is on the line, it seemed silly to debate over spending an extra $10 or $20.
