I saw this on YouTube but changed it up a bit.
Ingredients
1 oz melted coconut oil ( If you don’t like coconut, I use Lou Ana Coconut Oil -it has no smell or taste of coconut and is over half the price at your local store)
5 oz butter (if you like the coconut taste, use coconut butter)
1/4 cup Swerve (Or other sweetener)
1/4 Cup almond flour
1/2 Teaspoon cookies and cream extract
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate chips. (I used a bakers chocolate bar that I melted, sweetened with erythritol, then made into small chunks)
2 TBSP unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Directions
Put in blender, add into pan (I used this pan, it comes right out and doesn’t stick) and put chocolate chips on. Put into freezer until it hardens. It’s not an exact replica of Hershey’s but it’s good :)
About 6 carbs in the whole bar
Edit-be sure to keep uneaten portion in freezer, it will melt!
Some coconut oil does not impart flavor- this kind does not: https://www.amazon.com/LouAna-Pure-Coconut-Oil-Natural/dp/B00CHOGMI6 Doesn't even smell like coconut really when it's in the jar.
Apparently it is because it is refined. But it works well as a cooking oil. Good smoking point.
