I just use the seed in yogurts and smoothies. I've never tried the powders (and from what I read, I probably don't want to based on taste).
I use the Manitoba brand. I'm sure you could shop around on Amazon for others. You want them shelled or "hemp hearts". Otherwise you've got to shell them yourself.
