Mens Rogaine 5% Dropper definitely works. Had to give it through the first set of 3 bottles and now am on my 2nd set. The first time I picked up the foam for $22 on sale from $55 at Walgreens. This time I got the dropper on sale. I prefer the dropper bc it distributes the product much easier than foam and quicker. I focus the morning dropper on the top and front of my head and since you do it 2x a day I focus the 2nd on the back of my head and nape. Then I use a knock off Mason Pearson Brush to distribute it. The cheapest place around me to buy Rogaine is Meijers brand theirs is $32 for 3 month supply of 5%.

I started this because I went thru and extremely traumatic breakup and was losing chunks of hair. I mean handfuls each shower. It’s been 6 months and at least the hair is growing back. Vitamin d & b play a big part in that for me as well.

Hair growth game changers:

  1. Scalp scrubs. I bought as many different kinds as I find. 2 so far at Target. Definitely taking care of your scalp, moisturizing the hair follicle and promoting blood circulation are key.

  2. Get a brush with some bore bristles that really get down into the scalp. I got my knockoff at Sally’s for $7. It feels like a head massage and these types of combs prevent hair loss.

  3. No sulfates no parabens shampoo/conditioner. I made the switch and my hair is so much better for it. Healthier. I am also starting Monat... a hair line everyone thinks is a MLM scam and so did I but it’s fkn amazing and has hair growth chemical too. So you’ll see some empty bottles here maybe. The first few times I used it.. I could go 3 days without greasy hair versus every other day! And it still didn’t even need washed. It’s some incredible stuff. Got the damage repair sprays, oil, etc. I went balls out. All these instagrammers and shit just make me question.... do I want exetensions?

  4. Scalp oils and regular cuts at your beautician. Really makes a difference. I use scalp oils the night before I shampoo and let them sit.

The Ordinary Glycolic Acid Toner This May have had a small effect but I feel like there are better toners with more brightening ingredients rather than just exfoliating 7% glycolic acid. I will say that somehow my skin texture has improved (smaller pores) and I am oily dehydrated. I am not sure if that is from Statrias Rewind serum with niacinimide/dmae or from this toner. I am going to go without it since I placed an order from TO already and if I need it, hopefully by the next time their serum foundation will be back in stock!
