Some Revolve.com Shadiness and Why I'm No Longer a Customer

This was removed as a standalone post for reasons, here it is again.
Images Here

I was doing some Cyber Monday shopping and I hit up Revolve.com because they were having a decent sale and I needed some things. I live in Florida and I love light, easy to wear stuff because I"m always running around with my kids. I found a jumpsuit (listing images were swapped this morning, see the Imgur post) that was super similar to items I'd purchased in the past that had worked well, by Indah, for $134. It was listed as a new arrival and I felt the price was a little steep, coupons and discounts don't apply to new arrivals so I decided to poke around for something similar.

I search, and the first listing that pops up is, from all places, Amazon. I realized why the initial Revolve listing looked so familiar, I own the item. I bought it, from Amazon, in 2015. For $29. Not similar, not a knockoff, the actual garment. The listings were identical save the copy and branding. The images were the same. (If you peep the images I linked above, you'll see what I'm talking about, Revolve changed the photos this morning.) The Amazon jumpsuit is produced by a company called May & Maya and has been live on the site, with those images, since August of 2014. I liked it because I'd liked it when I bought it originally.

So why am I salty? Aside from the insane markup for what is, essentially, a rayon sack, here's what the Revolve brand, Indah, has to say about their company;

"Known for its vibrant colors and innovative designs, Indah roots itself in a life of adventure. Created and produced on the island of Bali, Indonesia, Indah draws its vision each season from an international community of artists, travelers, and local beauty. Lavish prints and luxurious fabrics are an exclusive trademark of the Indah family and have given the line a bold edge in a world of the little black dress. Super-fine eyes for detail and an endless love of life and excitement truly encapsulate Indah and all that we seek to create."

Sure paints a picture, huh? Last time I consulted a map, Bali was not located in mainland China, and May & Maya credit none of that word salad on their seller page.

I get that branding is a thing, and so is markup. I have no beef with either practice. What I'm not cool with is being absolutely lied to about an item's origins and paying dearly for the privilege. I know that this is a common practice, but this is the most blatant example of it that I've ever seen.

So, I guess, image search items that you're looking to buy, you might find them on Amazon for a 5th the price. Any recs for similar items from brands/sites that aren't terrible?
