Assuming you need a lot:

75¢/ft for 200ft

50¢/ft for 100ft for 14x4 instead of 12x4 (don’t really need 12awg, especially seeing as you will be twisting both ends, which I think results in 11awg for combined 14awg).

There are cheaper options

I assume if you're pulling that gauge you have some serious power, long runs or both, so you could probably find an even lower price/ft for higher quantities.
