There is very little information on Ebay.

If you scroll down a bit on the Amazon page, you will find:
0.99A @ AC110V
0.53A @ AC220V
Power consumption is Volt x Ampere.
0.99 x 110 = 108.
And if the values stated by the seller is correct, it draws about as much power as the green Mars light (102w)


The white Mars seems to have a greater consumption, but it may not be as durable.

Generally, you should not look at power drawn as the main parameter when looking for a light. But with these two lights being in approximately the same quality-span and using about the same diodes/tech, it is ok.
