If you really want to use a scoop something like this would be good https://www.amazon.com/Micro-Spoon-Mini-Scoop-0-15/dp/B073ZNRBGM/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1550917547&sr=8-6&keywords=micro+scoop

They measure 1/32 of a teaspoon, or 100mg (I assume that is 100mg dense powder or water, 1 scoop would probably be worth 50mg nsi-189)

But using a teaspoon to measure 40mg powder is just insane, you could easily make a mistake and get 150mg instead.
