I have some questions about shoes

Someone told me there are some moccasins that last a really long time, minnetonka ones. I really like these from Minnetonka but they get wonky after a few months and im on my second pair and they are sorta expensive. Any good ones that last long that look sorta like this? Also do you guys wear them with or without socks? I rock them without socks but they get smelly and people tell me its the wrong way to wear them but i feel they look tacky with socks. Maybe no show socks?
I need some hiking shoes/boots. Do you guys use CDB as hiking shoes? I took mine a few times and they got super dirty haha. I mean I guess its the point but still. I use them as going out shoes so I'd rather they get wear and tear that way than stepping on horse dung on some trails. Can you guys recommend me any good hiking boots? I dont care about looks too much just something reasonably priced and comfortable.
I had a shirt made from Thailand. I like it but the collar part is kinda tight and I like have a bit of room in it. Whats it called when your collar is tight, so next time I can ask for a "looser" collar? I kinda mean like the v part but not as V-like haha. Like a normal collar on a shirt.
