I like to put tea bags in my water when I'm not feeling like drinking water! I like stash's raspberry hibiscus or Moroccan mint.
Also, flavored syrups are great and can be low calorie! Something like this.
When I was growing up, we didn't drink Kool-Aid. A lot of the French kids just used flavored syrups mixed with water, usually one part syrup to two parts water. The two that were always in my house were mint and peach. About once a year, I'll go ahead and buy some just for a treat. Hello Chris,
First, welcome to this awesome sub!
Second, I have been looking for someone who lives in France for awhile now because I love trying all sorts of new foods and, back in February, I ordered a bottle of this mint stuff from France. I think it tastes like mouthwash but wanted to know if any of their other flavors are good before I try again(?)
