Yes, all those things are compatible and will work well together. Also a good choice for cans would be a pair of Sennheiser 598's, if you're looking at alternatives.

Decent pop filter

Also, you'll want an XLR cable to run out to the at2020, and depending on your speakers you may want a converter from 1/4 inch (TRS) output from the audio interface to RCA/whatever you have on your speaker setup, so that you can use it as well as headphones

My recommendation for your mic is to at least [have a windsock on it.] (http://www.amazon.com/AT2020-Foam-Windscreen-Filter-Whisperteknik/dp/B00NYNJO3O/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1457443843&sr=8-1&keywords=at2020+foam) it can help cut out a lot of nasty sounds and if you're sharing one mic between 2 people then I'd imagine you have some distance between you guys and the mic so it can help reduce but not remove the echo, at least quiet it down more so you can gate it or noise remove it in post.

+1 on the headphones idea, definitely recommended to remove the echo in game audio, otherwise have the TV turned down so low you can barely hear it. People; like the Game Grumps, get away from using headphones because they use shotgun mics in a sound treated room so the mics only pic up them since they are in front of it and not the TV since it's behind the mic.

Why don't you get foam pop filters for the AT2020? It would be less of a hassle than those arms and sound just as good. I personally found the foam pop on mine brought down the harshness of my p's even more, it was a bit smoother.

I use the AT2020 USB with a cheap desk-mount spring arm and a shock mount. I noticed that most tend to prefer this desk-mount, but you can find cheaper alternatives that will do just fine. I also purchased a third-party pop filter that fits over the mic. You can also get a generic clip-on pop filter that will work just as well. Very clear and crisp audio.

The AT2020 was a gift, so I had no say in the selection. For more control over the audio, I would have preferred an XLR microphone and a USB-out mixer. With the AT2020 USB, I have to double-check my microphone levels in Windows before streaming, because other applications will occasionally change them.

The other option you may want to consider is if the mic has an aux connection so you can plug headphones directly to the mic and self-monitor, such as the Blue Yeti (listen to yourself speak). Some find this helpful, but to each their own.

here is a windscreen on amazon for that mic

If you don't want to spend money on that, If you have large enough Microfiber cloth or just right size towel, Wrap it around the mic as a make shift windscreen.. Which is what i did when i used to use my roomies BLUE YETI.

Also could move that to the side more. Since that is a Cardioid Condenser mic, you do not need to have it right in front or below you due to pickup pattern. So that would be another way. Key thing is get it out of direct path of any breathing.
