That could be candida, but it's hard to say. Pic is a bit blurry. Do you have rashes anywhere else? Like on your legs/stomache/chest etc? Candida rashes are basically diaper rash if you've ever seen that.

Have you tried any oils yet? The only thing that helped my candida rashes was Melrose Oil by Young Living, or the less expensive Disinfect! Oil Blend by Miracle Botanicals. One drops goes a long way and works really fast if it is candida.
