Buy an antenna like this and find yourself a site to stream your sports from, or purchase something like Spectrum TV Choice which is like $30 and gives you all local channels plus 10 other channels you can choose. Not any channel you want, there's a list, ESPN is there but I don't know what else for sports. I don't think much else because I almost did that last year but MSG isn't included nor any of the good soccer channels so it was kind of pointless to me.
